SHIPPING COUNTRIES
Orders are only available to the United States and Canada at this moment. Please reach out to info@labaiacoffeesupply.com for any special international requests or FOB inquiries within our network of our partnering producers.
Shipping policies
Samples ship via UPS and usually arrive in 2-7 business days.
Please provide a point of contact and phone number if requesting samples from Canada.
Default samples sizes are 100 grams each unless specified otherwise.
Full bag, pallet, and larger orders ship from US warehouses via LTL freight carriers.
We require a 48-hour minimum lead for all scheduled releases. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be placed and processed by the warehouse 2 business days later.
We aim to accommodate all shipping needs. When you place an order, please specify any necessary or special shipping instructions, such as your preference for a freight carrier or the need for a lift gate, limited access, or a residential zone delivery. Our logistics team will do their absolute best to ensure the successful delivery of your coffee to your desired location.
Booking LTL Freight
Here are a few tips to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of your shipment.
Remember to check your shipment to ensure it arrived in good order before signing the delivery receipt.
Read the delivery documents carefully before signing them. The driver will mark the bills with any additional services and charge whatever they feel is required to execute your delivery (Liftgate, Inside Delivery, Limited Access, etc.). If you unknowingly sign for any of those items, you will be fully responsible for those charges. Please do not allow the driver to add services that are not pre-approved; you will be charged. It can be a simple check mark on the bills, so please read and be aware of what you are signing.
If you have any questions, please ask the driver before signing. If damage has occurred, please note it on the BOL/delivery receipt. Have the driver sign it, retain a copy of the BOL for records, and take as many pictures as possible.
Carriers will also charge for inside delivery. Unless you are prepared to pay additional charges, please do not allow the driver to bring your shipment inside your facility unless you pre-authorized it prior to your delivery.

PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment - We are a small business and healthy relationships, let’s be honest they are extremely vital to the stability of any successful business. We believe heavily in the essence of building an amazing relationship and deep standing rapport with each and every client. Our goal is to get there together and develop the perfect synergy and terms that perfectly reflect your business’s seasonal cash flow. Applying to brand new first time accounts, terms are mandatory “Due on receipt” for the first three sales orders.
Accepted Payment Methods - ACH, Check, Credit Card.
Credit Card Payment Disclaimer - All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% service fee per transaction.
Late Payment - Hey we totally get it, sometimes things get tough, but we’re people and have families too. Please let us know in advance how we can potentially prepare together for any financial shortcomings. Any payment not received by the invoice due date will result in a charge of 5% simple interest on the total invoice value per month. Please note, we reserve the right to modify or update our payment terms at any time if the client demonstrates an inability to honor the agreed payment terms in good faith. Revocation of terms does not remove the buyer’s contractual obligation and responsibility from fulfilling the contract for the purchased product/s.
Rejected/Reversed Payment Disclaimer - A rejected or reversed payment will result in a returned payment fee of $50 being applied to the specific invoice.

Storage - We provide a vertical of services and accommodations that are tailored to meet your green coffee program and storage needs. Storage minimums typically required to meet the minimum threshold is a minimum order of 10 bags.
